Metrocycle Pedicabs are available for hire for private events. Whether its a Convention Centre group ride, birthday party, tour of Austin, Bachelor/ette party, or just a night out, Metrocycle will cater your event to make it an enjoyable experience.

RIDE A BIKE?

Why not earn cash doing it? Pedicabbing is a great way to stay fit, meet people and have fun on the job. If you have a healthy attitude and an outgoing personality, then read on. Firstly, you'll need to get a chauffeur permit. There's a little bit of red tape, but it's a simple process. If you have any questions during this process don't hesitate to contact us:

1. Go to the Texas DPS online and get a copy of your certified Driving record (Type 3A). You can print this record immediately. express service.

2. Go to the Texas D.P.S. documentation office at 108 Denson Dr and get a copy of your Certified Criminal History. This is an overnight process.

3. Contact Metrocycle Pedicabs to fill out an application. Make sure you bring your documents to that meeting.

TAKE A PEDICAB TOUR OF AUSTIN!

Ready for a unique and 100% pedal powered tour of Austin? Our experienced and friendly riders will take you on a fun tour of Austin in a relaxing open air pedicab. You'll amble through all the sites of downtown, including the Capitol, our famous 6th St, Lady Bird Lake and more. Evening tours include watching the bats depart from South Congress Bridge. Great for couples, friends and families of all ages. The tour moves at your own pace and is individually tailored for you. Stop for some local shopping, eat at a recommended restaurant, or end the tour at Barton Springs. It's up to you!

$90 for a 2 hour tour for 2 people.

PEDICAB BREWERY TOUR

Take a guided pedicab tour of three Austin micro-brewies. Austin has a great micro-brewery scene offering a lot of new and innovative beers. We'll tour three local breweries and sample what they have to offer. With over 15 beers to sample, there is something to please every beer connoisseur, including IPA, Coffee Porters, Pilsners, Wit, etc. Sit back, relax and let us do the driving. We can even pick you up and drop you off at your downtown hotel. The tour ends at a brew pub, where food can be purchased.

$90 for a 3 hour tour for 2 people.
